Yoga & Somatic Guide

I've been teaching the practice of yoga for 4 years now. What brings me so much joy is guiding people to experience a full body state of peace and inner safety.

Using my background in Psychology and holistic practices, I work teaching others how to achieve a regulated nervous system through somatic experiencing, nature immersion, self exploration, and play.
